Friday 29th January
Sorry I meant to publish this last night but I wrote it and cleared my bed and fell asleep! What a numpty! Well anyway, here you go!…
So today I’m not exactly the happiest… The snow came back without warning… And I really really really really really HATE snow! And my car is now stuck again! Typical… Oh well… So seeing as its a non-running day and its not as if I’d venture outside unless I really really had to… I decided that it was time to start tidying/decluttering my room! Heres the damage from earlier on… the beginning of it all:
The two massive piles of clothes ... so far!
I can guarantee it got worse… A lot worse! I had boxes out my wardrobe and more piles of clothes and just stuff everywhere! I have a pile of stuff I’m gettin rid of and taking to the charity shop and to be honest, the room does not look much tidier at the moment! Oh well, I’ll get the rest sorted tomorrow, although I do need to move all the clothes off my bed to somewhere if I plan on sleeping at all! But where to put them is the question!! I haven’t really sorted through my clothes yet, so I’m guessing that is next after the general mess is tidied! I like tidying and decluttering though, its therapeutic in a way… Just not a huge fan of all the dust that surfaces when you start moving boxes and things that haven’t been out in years! I can’t stop sneezing… unfair!
So the snow… What to say about the snow really… I mean it does look pretty I guess… The view from my window is awesome anyway (although sometimes I fail to think it, you get used to it seeing it everyday!)… Here it is:

Which is all nice and pretty… until it soon turned into something more like this:
Hmmm...
Yeah… not so good… I couldn’t see a thing… My parents and brother were driving home from school in that! Thats what makes the snow not fun and annoying… And the fact that you clear sort of pathway so you can get into your house and then five minutes later theres an inch or two of snow on top! Plus the trekking up the hill to the car thing again… And the cold… Oh well! Don’t know how running is going to go tomorrow really… We’ll see, its snowing a bit outside now, so it will probably carry on all night… *sigh*
On a more positive note… I saw Mars tonight! Its the closest its been to Earth for a long time and the closest it will be for a long time too, if that makes sense… And it was pretty impressive… Apart from standing out in the cold, didn’t stop to gaze at it for long, but still pretty. Used the binoculars, although you could see it without! Could I call that witnessing a miracle??? Its not going to be like that ever again in my lifetime I suppose… Nah, I’ll find a proper miracle to witness or make!
Anyway, thats me off to move all this stuff and sleep…
